Meadow did an amazing job on my eyebrow wax and tint! Left the store feeling better than ever about my service. If you ever need a quick eyebrow wax and tint i’d definitely recommend going to the Ulta in Eagan. My appointment took approximately 15 minutes and Meadow was super sweet!
