8/7/2025 I went in to do an exchange and two returns, planning to use the store credit toward another purchase. The cashier barely helped, she just pointed to the general section instead of showing me where the item that i wanted to do the exchange with was, then gave me a rude look when I couldn’t find it. She also mishandled my returns, initially trying to refund one to my card despite me asking for store credit, and acted unsure about applying both return credits to my purchase. Terrible service. The woman handing out shopping bags at the entrance today, Tuesday, August 5th, didn't even move to help the few people inside the store, and none of the people wearing black were helpful. I went to buy a perfume, and no one came over to help. The perfume section was empty, and the shelves were dirty.

I love shopping here. As soon as you walk in, someone offers to help you find a product that's right for whatever you're looking for. They are helpful at suggesting makeup and skincare without pressure to buy anything. I can get lost in here for a few hours, the product choices are amazing. I know I am getting more than what I pay for.
