I randomly decided to have my brows done by Riley today and I’m so glad I did! She took her time and explained every step to me. She made sure I knew exactly what she was doing and made sure I was okay with every step. She even took the time to ask me questions about my brow goals which I have never been asked before. She did a wonderful job on my brows and I already made my next appointment. I can’t recommend Riley enough!
Update: ignore the response or we will have a manager reach out to address the issues as I still have not heard from anyone. This leaves me to believe they just want to save face and appear online as they are going to address the issue. Amazing the first time I went. Scheduled an appointment 6 weeks out for a retouch get there and I'm not in the books and pretty much told I'm screwed even have a text to show the appointment was booked. Wasted my time and gas to get to an appointment they won't even keep on their books proper... read more

First time getting a brow lamination and Kaileen ROCKS!!! My eyebrows have thinned majorly and she did an Amazing job restoring them back to a very youthful fullness!! Thanks so much!! Will def be back😊
