I’m not sure if this is racism or what but when I came to this new Ulta to look around, most of the employees (white) followed me around the store watching me and making me feel very uncomfortable the whole time I was there. When I decided to visit the Benefit Beauty Brow Bar in Dania, I expected the same high-quality service I had always received at the Benefit Brow Bars in Toronto. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. The service I received in Dania was incredibly disappointing, with the focus solely on upselling. Got a lamination for the first time today by Emily and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Not only did the service turn out better than I could have asked but Emily herself was super friendly, will definitely be back!
