I love my eyebrows and tint, done by Sophia. She is very thorough, and she keeps things clean. She asked me if i liked the mapping before she waxed, and I would recommend her.

Sophia is always great - maps out the brows, waxes, plucks strays, and then trims any wild ones. She works quickly too without feeling like I was rushed.

Called and made an eyebrow appointment with Sophia that apparently didn’t exist once I showed up for the appointment. The girl I scheduled with over the phone took my name and phone number and said I was good to go for 2pm but when I showed up there was no record of my appointment. Was treated very indifferently by the staff I spoke with, as if it were MY fault my appointment didn’t actually get scheduled. Drove all the way for nothing and nothing was offered to remedy their mess up. Avoid this store at all cost.
