Gianni is a literal angel! She is so sweet and she knows her stuff. My eyebrows were looking super rough and I was terrified to try a new place/waxer but she put my worries to ease as soon as I sat down! Gianni was fantastic! She was so bubbly and sweet and offered guidance on products for me afterwards also. It was my first time having a brow wax in 10+ years and she made me feel comfortable and at ease! Would absolutely recommend and I look forward to going back to see her soon!
