Came in a few days ago and Mahogany treated me like absolute royalty!!! Mind yall I was looking a little bummy that day lol. She was super attentive and made sure to make my shopping experience a great one! I HAD to acknowledge her to her peer who was also very nice to me.
I had a fantastic first visit with Forozan! She was warm, professional, and really took the time to understand what I wanted. Her attention to detail and gentle approach made the whole experience so relaxing. I walked out feeling confident and absolutely loving my hair. Highly recommend Forozan to anyone looking for a skilled and caring stylist!
Angela a LM Laura Mercier Rep. at Ulta Prosper was very kind, steadfast and knowledgeable about LM's products. She made me feel welcomed and she easily knew what I wanted/needed. She also was delightful, caring and personable in our banter. This experience was one of the best makeup recommendations/ mini consults that I have ever had! Thank you, I ended up leaving with LM primer, LM Concealer, LM powders, eye liner, lip gloss and lip liner and more that I needed.
Jen is seriously the best! This was our second time in and she remembered my elderly mom by name, which was so thoughtful. You can tell she really knows her stuff and has tons of experience. She was super patient with us, answered all our questions, and made the whole experience easy. Great customer service and just a really kind person overall.
So ... I can order online for pickup at the store. Both the website and the store are outfitted for such. Makes my life easier, compared to my experience with shopping online at Sephora. You do need your ID to pick up your online order. This is seriously enforced. Don't send someone else to pick up your order unless you named that person (and you better spell that person's name correctly because that person has to show ID to pick up).
