terrible customer service
I’ve only been to the store a handful of times, but the times that I have been there, I’ve never encountered such rude staff I would hope the individuals in a customer service position would have at least a pleasant disposition. I will never go back.
I hate haven to go into the store I feel that this location is very very raciest they will not great they will not offer assistance but I’ll tell you one thing they will do they will follow you around like stole something smh if it wasn’t for Elijah I would never ever ever step foot in there again. Tbt I think I’ll stop shopping there period because even if you report them nothing will be done. I’d rather shop on Amazon or redken online it’s sad come on ppl it’s 2025
