I frequently go to Penelope for brow and lip waxes, and yesterday I tried my first ever brow lamination with her! It was amazing! I love how natural and fluffy they look.
Very easy process. Penelope asked questions to get an idea of what I was looking for and to determine my preferences. Very happy with my finished brows!

Penelope is such an amazing brow expert she answers all my questions and concerns and even showed me great application methods. I have not gotten a brow lamination in a very long time and she literally brought life back to my brows. I’m so excited for my next appointment with her
