Go see Tara at the Ulta at St. Matthews Mall!!! I had a brow lamination and brow wax….and she will be my arch expert going forward. My brows look amazing. She is super knowledgeable and friendly. She is also a licensed esthetician so if you need your lashes done, holla at my girl! She knows her stuff!!! Ulta/Benefit got them a good one!
