Ciara has been doing my brows for years. She does makeup too. I am a senior citizen with full brows restored by her after terrible brow service elsewhere for also a long time. The only thing I wished they’d do at Ulta would be to improve the chairs we sit in. I almost slipped off of it the last time and it is terribly uncomfortable.
Ciara is amazing. My brows always look great and she is very particular and takes her time. Does a great job! Would highly recommend her!!
