I love the brows but apparently the waxing pulled off skin. I'm blk and I wish that they carried off blk or blk brown for our brows. I'm 72 and I needed a lift look. The down ward hook on the end was funny. I like the tint but it's fading and that's ok. I called the next day for instructions and asked about waxing..no return call. Hopefully they will hire more staff with experience working with African Americans. Ivana was so great! She did a lip and eyebrow wax for me today, it came out wonderfully. After my past appointments with her, I’m convinced to not do my own brows again. She’s very welcoming and detail oriented!
