I've been to the Brow Bar many times to have my brows waxed and will say this...it's hit or miss depending on who does your service. I went a few days ago to have my brows tinted (for the first time) and was scheduled with Cynthia and had a wonderful experience. Cynthia was very informative and thoroughly explained the tinting process and the expectations vs reality of what brow tinting does. After our consultation, I ended up going for the wax & tint combo.
