I got my eyebrows done at this Ulta location in their Benefit Brow Bar. Walking in, I was nervous because I didn’t know how the experience would be, but I can confidently say, this Benefit Brow Bar has gained a new customer!! My stylist was Sarah Warden, and she made sure I was comfortable, knew what was happening, and looked for my input through every step. I've been to the Brow Bar many times to have my brows waxed and will say this...it's hit or miss depending on who does your service. I went a few days ago to have my brows tinted (for the first time) and was scheduled with Cynthia and had a wonderful experience. Cynthia was very informative and thoroughly explained the tinting process and the expectations vs reality of what brow tinting does. After our consultation, I ended up going for the wax & tint combo.
