What I asked for and showed Catherine vs What I got for $340 and coming in with white hair. I told her Draculaura vibes and spent 5 hours in the chair for my hair to not be what I wanted. No one asked me if I liked it, no one asked me if I liked the bangs where they were, I am not impressed as Great Clips always gave me more attention and respect than this.
