Jessica and Victoria were fantastic. I had brow lamination and tint! It was my first time and they are so professional and Jessica did such a great job on my eyebrows and Victoria didn't awesome job with makeup. I'm definitely coming back. They treat you like you are a special guest.
Jessica was lovely - a real pleasure to sit in her chair and chat with her as she worked! The finished brows were exactly what I was looking for because she actually heard me out! She was massively empathetic as I spilled my guts about over waxing as a millennial and the nightmare experiences I’ve had with some other Arch Experts elsewhere. You’re in good hands with Jessica!!!
Jessica is a gem! She first helped me find my correct shade of foundation. She was so sweet and so helpful. She did my first brow lamination and explained every step along the way. We yapped the whole time because she is just one of those people who is so easy to get along with! 100/10 recommend seeing her for your eyebrow and makeup needs!
