Loved working for Benefit but ULTA is the Worst place to work at super toxic! They don’t care about you as a human they want robots that make no mistakes have no thoughts or feelings.. the district manager that runs this store is a horrible woman with no empathy and the current GM is her puppet. I love my brows by Birdy!! She does an incredible job with color matching for my tint and wax. I love that they last up to 2.5 weeks!
Birdy did my brows & I am extremely satisfied with the results. She made me feel very comfortable & she did her service perfectly. I don’t trust anyone else but her to do my brows.
Birdy was amazing! I went in with an appt. To get my brows done. Birdy was kind and sweet, and walked me through the process. I love the exceptional customer service and the genuine conversation. She wasn’t rushing to get me out. Will definitely be back.
