I have never had a bad experience with benefit browbar, until today. I came in for a wax (with Flora) and she verified that we were just cleaning up the shape there. She ended up waxing my eyebrows so thin, they’re maybe half the size. Typically when I’ve gotten a wax with benefit they map out the brows before waxing. She didn’t do that and I didn’t notice as it’s been at least a year or two since I’ve been here for a wax. If they had mapped the brows, this could have been avoided. I’m a baby when it comes to pain and I’ve also never been threaded. Sydney did my tint and thread and absolutely killed it. No black blocks and kept them full 10/10
