Carter in the Indio location is amazing!! I have gone to her for years to get my brows done and I highly recommend her!
I had Carter (Indio) service me for brow cleanup, shape, and tinting. My time there was a pleasant experience, several weeks later my brows still have kept their shape. The tinting was a first but had no skin irritation issues and my hubby wasn't traumatized by the color either. Thank you Carter for your service. You did a great job!
