My experience at this benefit brow has been awful. I went last year and the technician was patronizing and anxious. Very difficult to have a conversation with her. And I had worked to grow out my brows wide and I was clear I wanted them wide but she waxed them much thinner than I wanted after doing all that work to grow them wide. The manager was there so I mentioned the patronizing personality (didn’t even mention the thinner brows) and the manager told me I could try the benefit brow at an Ulta 20 min. away. So I did. Faith always does an amazing job on my brows and she is always so bubbly and fun. I haven’t been anywhere else since the first time she did them and I won’t be going anywhere else!

Faith is the one one who I would trust with my life and my eyebrows of course! She gives the best services and walks you through what she is doing. And I’m not one who just lets anyone work on me. She gave me eyebrows I didn’t know I needed and I’m absolutely in love with now. 10/10 would recommend 🙌🏻

I had my first service with Faith today. She was so sweet and knowledgeable about all Benefit products. Had a facial wax & brow service, that was practically painless.. 😉 She's extremely fast and efficient which makes trusting her so easy.
