This new manager has improved staff, my experience, and overall my satisfaction of shopping over the last few months. The woman who helped find my foundation and new full face glam was wonderfull to work with (Wish I caught your name). While I witnessed some annoying children and snobby guests, their professionalism stayed high. Jennifer makes my day with how warm her smile is when I first walked in and left the store. Ulta Beauty in Derby has consistently been one of my favorite places to shop, and my most recent visit reminded me exactly why. I came in with my granddaughter, and from the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with genuine smiles and warm energy. Edited: I find recent glowing reviews out of nowhere very suspicious considering my own that precedes them lol! I went with my Mother today, and had an experience I haven’t ever had in my life at an Ulta. We got asked if we needed help finding anything when we first came in and we both replied that we were just looking, which is normal and fine. Within 10-15 minutes we were asked 3 more times. My mom and I went in today and she only speaks Spanish but so many of the staff spoke Spanish. She was very happy with her service. She got color matched and everything. Everyone was so attentive asking if we had found everything ok. They also had a cute scratch off ticket where you could win prices. I love this Ulta over all the others. I love that they customer service and they had people in most sections so you don’t have to hunt them down. Definitely going to this store all the time now.
