I went in Sunday around 530. Although my makeup was done i was looking a bit frumpy. This is the store i normally shop at. I was looking for a certain foundation, I couldn't find it anywhere. When I finally found someone on the floor who was helping out and older lady. I asked where it was she said oh walked right past it. Great pick experience other than their pick up counter being surrounded by free standing shelves of products on display, made it very tight getting in line to pick up products
The lady that helped me was excellent
Let me just say that Jennifer is amazing! I am not a huge make up person - Jennifer helped me match a foundation, find the perfect lips shade as well as primer and mascara. She took time to answer my questions, listened to what I needed. She even got me in for a much needed (overdue) brow wax. I left Ulta feeling good about myself and looking pretty awesome. Thank you Jennifer - you are a doll. Im so glad I met you and was lucky to have gotten to spend some time with you in your store.
