Love Ms Carolina! Warm, friendly, and knows her stuff. She is honest, too! Doesn't try to sell you stuff that won't benefit your needs. I hope ULTA knows that they have something good going on with her. It is not every day that you find a diamond amongst the ruff.
Visited about a week and a half ago for brow lamination and shape. Carolina their Arch expert did an amazing job! It was my first time having them done. She thoroughly explained the process and we had a great conversation.
