I got my my brows waxed and styled by Frank. They were super friendly and showed lots of pro tips.
I was a bit nervous about having my eyebrows waxed and tinted for the first time, but Franklin put me right at ease. She started with cooling, calming under eye compresses and a soothing mask on my nose. She matched my brow color exactly and waxed my brows into perfection. I could not be more thrilled! Immediately made my next appointment with her.
Franklin Matzinger did a lip wax for me and she was great. She also treated me to an under eye mask (I purchased some later because that felt so relaxing). She also helped me find the right benefit concealer I was looking for. Thank you and I’ll definitely book my next appointment with her.
The service was exceptional and I will definitely be going back for more services!
