I used to love it here. Only place I get my brows done. Today, I made an appointment for 10:40am. I got there, loaded my baby in stroller and was walking in 10:46am, got a text that we were cancelled. I walked up to counter and she said she didn't have time (no other customer was there) and she could maybe get me in at 3:30pm. She then told me she's the only person that can wax brows.
