Marlee Spencer is the girl you want to go to for brows, I haven’t had my brows done at all in my life. It was quick it was simple, she’s been doing brows for at least 10 years you can trust her!
Go see Marlee at the Ulta benefit bar for your brows! I’ve gotten my eyebrows waxed by her a few times now and every time have been very pleased :) She is sweet, calm, careful, detail oriented and excellent at what she does. She maps out your brows based on your anatomy before starting and always ensures you’re happy with the final product. I live in DC and prefer Marlee to anyone I’ve gone to there - I love how my brows come out and it’s such a treat when I’m visiting the area.
