While I like their selection of products, I find it very annoying to be asked at checkout not once but three times to provide my e-mail. This happens every visit and I find it very pushy.
During my visit today at this location I was more than pleasantly impressed with the service all around the store. I walked in and Shantea listened to my needs gave me a great hair cut, I will definitely go and see her again. Alexa did my brows and I am in love!! She was attentive and gentle and a pleasure to be around.

I had to run in Ulta to get some skin care cleanser for my daughter. I couldn't remember the name of it. I was completely lost and then Lindy came to my rescue! I knew it was almost closing time and they were ready to leave. Lindy didn't care it was closing time! Lindy stopped everything and she walked me to the cleanser I was looking for.
