The Benefit Brow Bar is top notch because of Alexa. Alexa has tinted and waxed my brows a few times now and they are perfect. Alexa takes her time - treats me like I am the only person in the store. Alexa is very knowledgeable and extremely talented. If I have a question or concern, Alexa will listen and provide suggestions or clarification. I have never been this pleased with the final look or the high level of customer service. Alexa - you have made a customer for life. I sure hope Ulta in Temple knows your value!
I wish I could remember the name of the hair stylist who assisted me. I was in town visiting family and was in desperate need of a hair trim. I’m a very big creature of go where I know so I was a bit anxious. Not only did the stylist take me as a walk in but she gave me one of the best hair cuts of my life!!! Thank you so much.
