The employees are not nice to me, well not all of them, and that is including like two of the managers, I don't know there name, but if I see them I can tell you who they are. That is why I try to order on line and then pick up in store. But last time I went to pick up one of the managers was on the counter, and she didn't acknowledge me, she did see me, and she knew I was picking up an order but she decided to walk away instead of helping me, so she can go on stocking. So now I would order on line, and do curbside instead.

Literally the worst experience I've ever had at an Ulta location from Washington to Texas, and I've been to many. No greeting upon entrance, everyone was busy chatting and stocking so rather than bothering them, I walked around the whole store searching for my item. When I couldn't find it, I stood in line and when I finally got to the front, I was told "it's back there I think" while she pointed toward the back of the store. Salinda helped me at checkout and she was perfect. She was the only person on a register and handled an entire line efficiently and with a good attitude, all while using a new checkout technology ulta is trying out.

My sweet Mom was visiting from Kansas during Easter and realized she forgot her foundation. We walked into Ulta in Temple that Wednesday and were greeted by Alexa Viramontes. Alexa was so helpful. She listened and made wonderful suggestions. She helped both of us try on foundation and a few other products. She had vast knowledge of thw products and was so kind. We BOTH ended up making purchases that day! We are grateful for our experience with Alexa. Don't let her go, Ulta!
