My sweet Mom was visiting from Kansas during Easter and realized she forgot her foundation. We walked into Ulta in Temple that Wednesday and were greeted by Alexa Viramontes. Alexa was so helpful. She listened and made wonderful suggestions. She helped both of us try on foundation and a few other products. She had vast knowledge of thw products and was so kind. We BOTH ended up making purchases that day! We are grateful for our experience with Alexa. Don't let her go, Ulta!
Not one person asked if I needed help with anything in comparison to all the other Ulta's I have gone to. And once I was given my item that I bought she just landed the item on the counter with the bag, and no " Have a nice day," or anything similar. Then proceeded to talk to another co-worker.
While I like their selection of products, I find it very annoying to be asked at checkout not once but three times to provide my e-mail. This happens every visit and I find it very pushy.
During my visit today at this location I was more than pleasantly impressed with the service all around the store. I walked in and Shantea listened to my needs gave me a great hair cut, I will definitely go and see her again. Alexa did my brows and I am in love!! She was attentive and gentle and a pleasure to be around.
