I scheduled an appointment for my 3 year old to get her hair cut with Shantea L. She was patient and educating me on how to care for my daughters hair. I was very nervous about taking my daughter to get her haircut because I wasn't sure how she would act/behave, but to my surprise she did good. Shantea L. was then able to help me pick out a leave-in conditioner and educate me on how to use it. I had the best experience with Alyssa at Ulta! She does an absolutely phenomenal job with balayage blonde — my color looks so natural, blended, and healthy.
