Highly recommend both Natalie for a lash lift & Olivia for great brows My brows now have a great shape & arch to them and they are fuller & thicker and frame my face well! I recommend Natalie for my gorgeous lashes & Olivia for my more defined brows to my customers at TJ MAXX whenever I get compliments on my brows & lashes! Natalie & Olivia at Ulta Butler location are exceptional at what they do and I always feel more beautiful when I leave!
