The cashiers and managers are not competent. Why I went in I wanted to use my Ulta card without having it in person, which has never been an issue. The cashier and manager wasn’t aware that you CANNOT do transactions over 509 if the card is not present. The cashier had me put in my information 3 times and get not complete need authorization messages. No one in the store knew why. Came in today and the team Ulta had working was so welcoming and patient and they were all super helpful! Veronica helped me pick out and shade match makeup and was super helpful ! I got my ears pierced by Marina and she was really nice and helpful.
