Went downhill after their brow expert had to leave ulta, Alex. Never went back after I tried the new girl as my eyebrows were shaped poorly and not like I have had in the past.
Alex is wonderful! Super professional and fun to talk to. Every time I schedule an eyebrow waxing, they come out looking perfect and I leave with a great experience. I would recommend Alex because she is very precise and knowledgeable.
Alex does a great job on my brows! She is always professional, super friendly, and helpful! Definitely worth a two-hour drive!
