I had a horrible experience with Jacquelyn Alvarez. After letting my eye brows grow back for a year I was looking forward to the end results and left upset, angry and disappointed. My eye brows were not even, one was thinner than the other. When I told her I was not happy, Jacquelyn suggested using the products to fix the problem. I would never use your services again and recommend anyone thinking of using Benefits to think twice and go to a real professional. Lorena did an absolutely amazing job with my brows! I love how they came out! She was very patient and attentive with me throughout which I really appreciated. She also made sure to check in with me before she did anything with my brows. I will definitely be coming and booking an appointment with her again!

Decided to go to the Benefit Brow Bar for the first time to get my eyebrows done. Needless to say... I left satisfied with the customer service provided! Lorena was an absolute angel. I had gotten my eyebrows waxed for the first time in nearly 14 years and was nervous due to a horrible previous experience...so I usually get them threaded. She was patient, polite, and gentle.
