Lorena did an absolutely amazing job with my brows! I love how they came out! She was very patient and attentive with me throughout which I really appreciated. She also made sure to check in with me before she did anything with my brows. I will definitely be coming and booking an appointment with her again!

Decided to go to the Benefit Brow Bar for the first time to get my eyebrows done. Needless to say... I left satisfied with the customer service provided! Lorena was an absolute angel. I had gotten my eyebrows waxed for the first time in nearly 14 years and was nervous due to a horrible previous experience...so I usually get them threaded. She was patient, polite, and gentle. She made sure my brows were on point before leaving. Thank you so much Lorena! You've gained another client.🤍
