Rosanna did a great job on my brows, she perfectly shaped, waxed and styled them. She was very friendly and skilled. Ulta is definitely the place to go for waxing!
I’ll be back for Gladys!! I’m always a little worried going into brow waxes since I have one brow that has more of a natural arch than the other. When Gladys started freehanding my brows I started to get even more worried, but Gladys reassured me every step of the way and gave me a handheld mirror to check on my brows. For the past two months, my brows have been a journey, and thanks to Gladys, they’ve gone from barely-there to totally transformed! She truly understands the art of the arch and knew exactly what needed to be done to bring them back to life.
