Got a brow wax, end result was pretty good, no complaints although wouldn’t say it’s the best shape I have ever had. I like how they map your brows before waxing, although it was hard to tell what the end result would look like when I was asked if the shape is ok, because of the crayon. Only gave 4 stars because the bar didn’t look very hygienic/clean, the whole Sephora store didn’t have a good presentation to be honest.

I had my first experience with Benefit’s brow services at Sephora Charlestown yesterday, and it was amazing! Lakeisha was in training — it was only her second day — but she was so professional and lovely. She showed me Benefit’s eyebrow pencil, and I asked if she could also do my eyebrow waxing. She explained that she’s still in training, but I told her I trusted her to do a great job — and she really did!
