I was booked in with Nour and I’m a little disappointed of the service. I usually book with Lily J but she wasn’t there. Nour did not show me how my brows would look like after mapping out like you usually do. Once done instead of gently pressing or dapping any after care product she wiped it across my eyebrow area and the friction made it hurt. Excellent service. Really happy with the result.
Lily was absolutely AMAZING! She’s so professional, and I loved that she really listened to my concerns and checked in throughout the entire process to make sure I was happy. My brow wax and tint were flawless. It was my first visit, and I’ll definitely be back — especially for Lily. Highly recommend!
