Got my appointment with LaurenP. She was amazing, friendly and did an absolutely fabulous job with my brows. Her symmetry was amazing.

It would have been 5 stars but the service was 10 mins late. Maybe timing should be reviewed. It also felt uncomfortable as obviously there was a knock on effect on the next customer whose service was also late to start.
