I've been going to Benefityfor my brows for years and have always been happy to pay a bit extra because I trusted them to do a great job. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case today. I went to the brow bar at Vancouver Pacific Centre for a simple clean-up. The technician asked if I wanted a clean-up or a full brow shaping, and I clearly said just a clean-up. Today I went to get my eyebrow waxed and tinted. It was a truly pleasant experience. Mariana was very helpful, patient, and always willing to answer my questions and advise me on the care I needed. Excellent service.
