Very unprofessional, not well trained in classic brow design. I left with one brow MUCH larger than the other to the point that people comment. She (Betsa) just didn’t listen to what I wanted, in fact did the opposite. All I wanted was a very classic, natural brow she removed way too much from the inside of the brow and tinted them brown when I explicitly asked for ‘not brown’ - just basic errors for something simple.
