Update: December 2025‼️ I do not intend to return to this location, and to clarify… it has NOTHING to do with the brow technician. It has everything to do with their customer service team. Here’s what you can expect: they will phone you but not leave a voicemail, when asked what the reason was for their call they put me on hold for over five minutes in which I hung up and canceled my appointment for the following day.
