Grosse déception. Je viens chez Benefit depuis plus d’un an et jusque-là tout s’est toujours très bien passé. Malheureusement, samedi dernier, je me suis retrouvée avec une brûlure au-dessus de la lèvre suite à une épilation. J’ai contacté le service client mais je n’ai eu aucun retour depuis, ce que je trouve vraiment décevant et peu professionnel.
