Kayla did an excellent job shaping and waxing my brows to my exact specifications. I had pending trauma from a brow service from years ago which prevented me from getting my brows done for years. However, Kayla restored my confidence through her patience and excellence. She was patient to check in with me and make adjustments as necessary, but most importantly, she was an excellent conversationalist throughout the appointment.
