I had a disappointing experience at the Sephora Anjou Benefit Brow Bar. I had a brow wax appointment on Sept 24, 2025 at 2:45pm with Kaouthar M, and even received a reminder email the same day. When I arrived, no one was at the brow bar, and staff couldn’t give me answers until I went to the cash register where the manager told me the brow expert hadn’t shown up.
