The store was having difficulty with the internet service. The Esthetic Claire sensitive to my personal time and she waived the fee for the services I received. Wonderful birthday gift.
I scheduled an appointment online at 4:20p. I got a call asking if I can come in earlier because they were going to close at 2p so I said I can go at 1p. I left work earlier and got there at 12:40p and the lights were off & doors locked. I waited till 1:15p to see if someone would show up but no! Definitely not okay. I took time out of my work day to make it and made the far drive to get there and they do this. Would not recommend them if this is how they do business.
