They have some pretty serious staffing issues at this location. I have been in several times and not been able to find anyone around. The women at the other counters have zero knowledge of the products either. I will not be shopping this location again.
Just tried to get my eyebrows done here and no one is staffed at the location omg what a joke!
Taylor at this Brow Bar is the absolute best. I posted a review on Yelp after my first experience with her in January 2017 but this girl is so good she deserves to have her praises sung all over the internet. I think this is my fourth time going to this brow bar and I will not go anywhere else because I trust Taylor so much already.
