Dr do not take this insurance and to boot if you have a secondary insurance regardless of the forms they will tell you you never sent they will deny your claim for reasons out side there legal abilities. I am now almost 10000 in denied claims because they insist my daughters father should be paying her insurance claims and we are married! There CS is worthless and will say yeah we have the forms but we need the forms about your divorce. I am not divorced. The most horrible insurance ever. I'm so glad we no longer have them. It took forever to find a doctor and when i did my portion of the bill was pretty high. If you ever get this insurance get rid of it fast or you will be struggling to get a doctor to except it.
No one takes this insurance. I had BCBS 5 years no problems, without warning our company switched to BAS. I was approved for knee surgery with BCBS. BAS went into effect before my surgery date. Cancelled out BCBS the hospitals in my area (Houston, Tx) will not accept this insurance. Now I’m having to return to work on a bone on bone knee. I’m a nurse this insurance is a nightmare! I’m leaving my job of 10 years for better benefits. Not to mention how expensive it is and nobody accepts it. HORRIBLE INSURANCE!!!
Any staff/employee is only as good as their training. I do not beleive these folks are being trained (2 minute tutorials) to say the least. They are for the most part, the true definition of incompetent or uncaring the results are the same. Every time I call i get the runaround, or say it is being re-processed,or tell me it has been paid, a mistake had been made. Then I receive a letter from collections the amt. had not been paid. So I have this insurance that no doctor in my area accepts. I have been paying out of pocket because I have found no one to accept it. Need to be seen quickly today and called about 12 doctors who said no to the insurance. I actually had one doctor giggle and tell me good luck!
This place sucks! Had to make them get their shit together so I could go to doctor the. When I quit my job they sent me a letter is stated 8/16/19 it is 8/29/19 when I get my letter to tell me I have no insurance as of 8:1/19 why is this place even allowed to be in business in Indiana or any other state?
