Julie was very helpful when trying to help me through my daughter that was in the store. I am new to having an ileostomy and Julie helped us find what I was looking for with VERY little info and a picture. Her help was greatly appreciated.
I bought some crutches from this store for my spouse. I was very clear that he is 5’6. They handed me the crutches and I paid for them assuming they would fit him. I opened them before I put them in my car to get them to fit. When I went to drop the crutches off with my husband they were way too tall and he couldn’t use them. They were never used. This format requires you choose a star in order to post. I say ZERO Stars. These are the absolutely the rudest customer service people I have ever come across. They do not follow up as they should and when you call them on the carpet about their disgustingly poor service they hang up on you. Try going down there, they refuse to speak to you. If you call again, your accused of being threatening and again, hang up on you. Every person there needs to be fired.
