Great staff and very helpful knowledgeable nurses and doctors. All my questions were answered and I was very comfortable with any concerns I had.
Steven has poor judgment or is a bad supervisor. PAs shouldn’t be running around with the complex cases they do. Thomas has weird religious ideas that show up as presumptuous, judgmental comments in charting. Neither one is knowledgeable or helpful. They make things worse, then leave you high and dry with neglect. If someone does respond to phone calls, they’ll just belittle you and tell you other people have it worse.
Does not call back in 24 hours like they say this is happened multiple times you either have to go in and talk to somebody in the front desk or you have to complaint in the manager I may actually contact Medicaid about this too and put it in an official complaint against this company.
