Friday evening 3/20 to benefield automotive Botched Simple oil change caused engine damage. On my x6 bmw Shop not open till monday. Had to rent a car out my own pocket and no telling what they may have did to my internal engine. I hope they do whats right in customer best interest when i report this monday morning. The car needs to be towed and engine replacement.
They were very informative told me exactly what my problem was and what I needed to do When I took my vehicle to the actual dealership that made it they tried to rip me off told me things needed to be fixed that didn’t, but the people here were honest gave me exactly what I needed and was not out after money, but truly cared about my car running correctly. My car has found its new home thanks to my mom who referred me.
I'm a certified mechanic myself but of course I cnt fix everything... My car had suspension issues and this shop got it right the first time! And for a decent price,... This most definitely is my go to shop for the things I cnt fix myself.
Fast, friendly, helpful, and affordable. This is my go-to for oil changes and other car repairs and maintenance.
I've been going to Benefields for a long time and they never disappoint. Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable. I don't trust my car to anyone else. Why would I? When you've got the best there is no need to go anywhere else. Thanks Lori, Doug, Russ and the rest of the gang for being so great!
