It has been well over a decade since I can say my taxes were completed timely, professionally, & at a reasonable price, by the absolute kindess person. Ms. LaToya Anderson, of Beneficial Tax Service, is that lady! The staff there is as exceptional as well. I look forward to having my taxes & other financial services completed here in the future. I wanted to do my taxes here but they said they are not going to do taxes with me because I was complaining that don’t allow the state to keep my money but they did absolutely nothing to get the state back my money which is more than $1,400
Absolutely horrible. Never doing my taxes here ever again. They skipped me and another person who arrived for earlier appointments because a lady who came in for an appointment after me was complaining so they let her go first. And mind you this was after an hour and a half of waiting past my appointment. Also the place smells like piss.
Fast friendly and efficient highly recommend. We have been going here for 8 years now and wouldn’t dare trust anyone else!
