Terrible customer service. I ordered supplies in January. First told that they needed to contact my doctor. After not hearing from them for a week, I called back. Then I was told that I needed to have my doctor send a new order. My doctor did that the next day but again did not hear from them for a week. The next call I was told they would ship the supplies and I would receive them Feb 7. When I asked to pick them up, they said no. I never received the order. Worst customer service ever. They aren't nice at all and not very helpful. Ive been waiting for my wheel chair delivery for 2 weeks now and they will not even listen to you and drops the phone on you. I recommend you take your business elsewhere.
