I had trouble with this firm in getting the date of my original trust corrected. I contacted them 3 times telling them that they had made this mistake. Had to complain to Natl. Assn. of Family Services before they would make the correction and send me the trust. I had to do an online notary, which they claim is legal in California. Others say it is not legal. HORRIBLE. They provided a template laden, inaccurate Living Trust. When we originally were to sign, they wanted us signing incomplete documents with blank spaces, something that is illegal in California for a Notary to Notarize. They. never gave us the electronic copy of our Trust which we were told we would receive. When eight months later I wrote them to request our electronic copy, they sent us the wrong one for another person in another state. Such a violation of attorney-client privilege. did my notary on sept 26, 2023 paid to have them file with my county as of 12/18/2023 it has still not been filed. i have been to the county couple of time and looked online for it.l
They did not give me my living trust and they refused to give me an advance copy of my living trust. They want me to do an online notary but when I asked them to give me her commission number to practice online notary. He could not give me one. Avoid this business. Online notary is not allowed in California.
