By far the best personal experience ever having Julie as my HAS, BC-HIS. Always helpful with any adjustments needed, and never an issue getting an appointment promptly. I would certainly recommend Beneficial Hearing to anyone ,whatever your needs are.
Very friendly and professional. They were able to make a later appointment at 4 pm so that helps if you work during the day. In the year that I've had my hearing aid, I've had the battery replaced, and I lost it. My hearing aid dropped out of my ear and landed in the grass somewhere. It was all covered under warranty, thankfully.
Allison is awesome. She takes the time to explain and review your options. I would highly recommend her and Beneficial Hearing for their professionalism.
