I’ve been wearing hearing aids for 40 years and have been to a lot of audiologists in that time. Never have I had a better experience than I have at Beneficial whenever I go there. They get me in to see someone at a moment’s notice. They also give me a loaner hearing aid if I have to leave mine. No other place does that for me and considering the fact that I am completely deaf without hearing aids, this is a huge plus for me. Dr Watt was excellent. After the test, she inquired and carefully listened to my activities and lifestyle and recommended a hearing aid. It worked very well. I am checking other options and doing my due diligence and we will see. Could be I end up back there!
