Being the first time seriously talking to someone about my hearing, I had an excellent experience at my appointment. Doctor Allison McMichael was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed and all of my questions were answered in a way that was easy to understand. The entire visit was pleasant, and I left feeling confident about my hearing. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a caring and thorough hearing specialist.
0 stars. Don't bother wasting your time here. I called to make an appointment ASAP because of clogged up ears for a wax removal. A trip to the beach left me unable to hear. Had to find coverage for my shift and lose money, but worth it. When I made the appointment there were openings available all the following week, but friday of this week was the soonest so that's what I took. Then the day before the appointment they call to tell me the doc is not feeling well and can't see me. So ok I can deal with that, but can you get m... read more

By far the best personal experience ever having Julie as my HAS, BC-HIS. Always helpful with any adjustments needed, and never an issue getting an appointment promptly. I would certainly recommend Beneficial Hearing to anyone ,whatever your needs are.
