Note: Open by APPOINTMENT not fixed hours, but if Esther is home you’ll be welcomed. Fabulous rock garden plants for sun and shade. Amazing selection. Good prices. Worth a two to three hour detour if you are a plant nut. You can’t find this material easily! Troughs are a bargain here too. Lovely garden to boot. So glad I made this on the way from Chicago to Ann Arbor.
Wonderful warm folks. An inspiring experience in a Beautiful serene setting. Esther and Robert are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate and the nicest people you could meet!
I've been going to this nursery for almost ten years. The owner is very knowledgeable about her plants, especially her water plants and alpines. She has many varieties not available anywhere else. If you are looking for rock garden plants, there is no better place!
